Diisocyanates trainings are now accessible in 23 languages!

Great news! Diisocyanates trainings are now accessible in 23 languages!

ISOPA is proud to announce the availability of diisocyanates trainings in 23 languages. These comprehensive courses cover all the tasks outlined in the REACH Restriction, which will become effective from 24 August 2023.

“This achievement is a testament to the industry’s hard work and dedication, and we couldn’t be prouder of this significant milestone. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners and experts who have dedicated years of effort to make this possible.

Our commitment doesn’t end here; we will continue to spread awareness about this new legal obligation and strive to keep improving our training platform. Together, we ensure safety for all workers using diisocyanates across the EU.”

With the deadline of 24 August 2024 fast approaching, ISOPA would like to keep you up to date with the latest developments and features of their training platform.

Some facts to avoid any misunderstanding!

Who is allowed to conduct training and who will control it?

Do distributors (technical customer advisors, sales staff), machine manufacturers, external stockists, etc. also have to be trained?

Are companies using exclusively “low-free isocyanate“ PU cast systems exempt from this regulation?

In the next few weeks I will collect as much information as possible on this matter and I hope that PU processing companies will tell me about their ideas and experiences with the implementation – therefore it is worth checking back here regularly.
